Hannah Nishat Botero

Helloooo. I'm Hannah, a Colombian-Pakistani illustrator born and raised in the United Arab Emirates. I spent the last 5 years before moving to Barcelona living in New York where I was completing a BFA in Illustration and a BA in Culture & Media Studies. Attempting to combine my theoretical interests with my art/design practice, most of my visual and written work touches on sociopolitical themes, specifically chronic illness/disability, cultural identity, and the bodymind.
